North Korean woman wins 32nd Macau International Marathon

North Korean runner wins women's marathon

North Korean long-distance runner Kim Mi Gyong took the first place with a time of 2h 36m 32s in the female category of the 32nd Macau International Marathon, which kicked off at Macau Stadium on Sunday at 5 am.

Kim represented her country at the 2007 Asian Athletics Championships when she was fifteen years old, and secured a bronze medal double in the 5000 meters and 10,000 meters events.
