A senior North Korean foreign ministry official on Wednesday renewed a call to resume the Six Party Talks process without pre-conditions.
“We are ready to enter the six-party talks without preconditions,” First Vice Foreign Minister Kim Kye Gwan told reporters at a forum organized by China’s Foreign Ministry, as quoted by South Korea’s Yonhap News Agency.
