LONDON – North Korea is yet to respond to eight day-old South Korean proposals for "final talks" on the re-opening of the Kaesong Industrial Complex, South Korea's Ministry of Unification said on Monday.
Inquiries about the proposal made using an inter-Korean communications line at Panmunjom were ignored by the North Korean side at 9AM and 4PM KST, the ministry said, despite a warning on Sunday that the South Korean people were "reaching the limit of their patience".
