LONDON – Nine North Korean refugees have been returned to North Korean authorities in China three days after a high profile Laos delegation visited Pyongyang.
The nine refugees, aged between 15 and 23, were arrested on May 10 and deported by Laos authorities on May 27, a South Korean foreign ministry official said on Monday.
