North Korean leader Kim Jong Un oversaw a Central Military Commission (CMC) meeting on Thursday where dozens of the country’s top brass discussed improving nuclear weapons, naval and intelligence gathering capabilities, according to state media.

The Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported Friday that Kim signed seven orders on “important military measures” at the first “Enlarged Meeting” of the CMC since the Ninth Party Congress in February, but did not list the orders in detail.
