All South Korean citizens are now allowed to access North Korea’s party daily Rodong Sinmun without going through special procedures, though only at designated locations, Seoul announced on Tuesday.

The unification ministry said ROK citizens can read copies of the DPRK newspaper by visiting the Information Center on North Korea or the National Institute for Peace, Unification and Democracy Education, framing this as part of a move away from government controls on DPRK media.
