US president again refers to DPRK as 'nuclear power' in another apparent departure from official policy

U.S. President Donald Trump expressed interest in restarting talks with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un on Thursday, emphasizing their "very good relationship" and calling the country a "nuclear power."
