North Korea will send three figure skaters to the upcoming Winter Asian Games in China’s Harbin, marking the country’s first return to major international winter sports competitions since the 2018 Winter Olympics in South Korea.
The website of the Harbin 2025 Winter Asian Games, which takes place from Feb. 7 to 14, was updated over the weekend with the names of the North Korean athletes, following the organizing committee’s announcement on Jan. 21 listing the DPRK among the participating countries.
