North Korea to start mass-producing suicide attack drones, Kim Jong Un says

DPRK leader watches strike on mock tank and BMW, while inspecting factory project in first appearance since US election

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un inspected "suicide attack drones" under development on Thursday and watched tests involving strikes on a mock tank and BMW sedan, according to state media, in a preview of how the DPRK could use such weapons in conflict on the peninsula.

Kim also called on officials to "quickly establish a mass-production system and begin full-scale production as soon as possible," the Rodong Sinmun reported on Friday, amid suspicions that Pyongyang is receiving technical assistance from Russia.
