Kim Yo Jong accused South Korean activists of scattering more anti-regime leaflets in North Korea on Sunday, warning that ROK “scum” would “pay a dear price” hours before the DPRK appeared to send its own propaganda leaflets over the border.
North Korea’s state news agency published photos of balloons carrying South Korean snacks and leaflets that allegedly landed in the DPRK alongside the threatening statement by the DPRK leader’s influential sister.
