At least 10K North Korean soldiers in Russia’s Kursk, Ukraine and US assess

Washington says troops ready to enter combat, after Kyiv stated there there has already been clash with DPRK forces

At least 10,000 North Korean soldiers have arrived in Russia’s Kursk region, according to estimates from Ukraine and the U.S., as President Volodymyr Zelensky raises alarm over the DPRK threat and the lack of response from the West.

The Ukrainian leader said in a video message on Monday that as many as 11,000 DPRK soldiers have reached Kursk, citing reports from his intelligence services.
