North Korean leader Kim Jong Un told his troops that South Koreans are “not fellow countrymen” but a “legitimate” target that they shouldn’t hesitate to attack, according to state media on Friday.
Kim also defended the blowing up of roads at the edge of the inter-Korean border earlier this week during a visit to the headquarters of the “frontline” Korean People’s Army (KPA) 2nd Corps on Thursday, the Rodong Sinmun reported.
