North Korea blew up sections of two key inter-Korean roads on Tuesday, leading the South Korean military to retaliate by firing shots south of the border, according to Seoul.
The ROK Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) said the DPRK “detonated” parts of the western Gyeongui Line and the eastern Donghae Line at around noon and is conducting additional work with heavy equipment, seeking to sever links connecting the two Koreas.
