Following Seoul’s assessment that the DPRK has deployed troops to support Russia’s invasion, the majority Democratic Party (DP) has criticized Yoon’s foreign policy focus on deterring the DPRK as “incompetent diplomacy,” claiming it led Pyongyang closer to Russia.
