Foreign minister Choe Son Hui and her entourage departed Pyongyang on Monday for an official visit to Russia, the state-owned Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported on Tuesday, with Russian Ambassador to the DPRK Alexander Matsegora among those who saw her off.
