North Korea has launched its third round of trash balloons this week, the South Korean military announced Friday morning, the latest barrage in a monthslong psychological warfare campaign.
“Considering the current wind direction, the suspected balloons may move towards northern Gyeonggi Province and Gangwon Province,” the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) warned in a statement at 5 a.m.
