North Korean leader Kim Jong Un insulted South Korea’s president and threatened to use nuclear weapons if the U.S. and ROK try to change “the balance of power” on the peninsula, according to state media on Tuesday.
He delivered the remarks in a lengthy speech at Kim Jong Un National Defense University (KJUNDU) in northern Pyongyang on Monday, during a visit meant to celebrate its 60th anniversary, the Rodong Sinmun reported.
