Security Council has approved a sanctions exemption request from the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) to send laptops to North Korea, according to a notice posted by the U.N. The Security Council approval grants the IFRC an exemption until Aug. 6, 2025 to send ten HP Elitebook laptops to the DPRK to support day-to-day office operations in the country.
