South Korea’s military has turned on propaganda loudspeakers at the inter-Korean border in response to North Korea’s latest salvo of trash balloons, the ROK’s Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) announced Friday.
“Our military has conducted loudspeaker broadcasts toward the areas where North Korea has been releasing balloon propaganda, from last night (Thursday, July 18) until early this morning (Friday, July 19). This action follows multiple stern warnings regarding the continued release of these propaganda balloons,” according to JCS.
