North Korean trash balloon lands inside South Korean presidential compound

ROK authorities say contents posed no danger after Pyongyang carries out 10th balloon barrage to date

A North Korean trash balloon landed inside the South Korean Presidential Office compound on Wednesday morning, raising alarm following the DPRK’s tenth balloon launch to date.

The Presidential Security Service told NK News that it identified the balloons inside the Yongsan compound in cooperation with the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS).
