North Korean leader Kim Jong Un toured a new weapons factory on Tuesday with attendees of this week’s four-day party plenum, according to state media, in a demonstration of his priority on arms development despite its lack of mention in official plenum reports.

Though the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) on Wednesday didn’t mention its name, the new defense factory appears to be a “weak current apparatus” plant he visited at least three times before, NK News analysis shows.
