Russian leader Vladimir Putin brought a limousine to Pyongyang this week as a gift for North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, according to Russian state media, in an open violation of U.N. sanctions prohibiting such a transfer.
It is the second time Putin has given Kim a Russian-made Aurus limousine this year, after he sent an armored version to Pyongyang in February.
