North Korea begins major party plenum with Kim Jong Un presiding over meeting

While DPRK is yet to reveal agenda, focus likely on reviewing economic goals and could include talks on Russia summit

North Korea commenced a major plenary session of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) on Friday, with leader Kim Jong Un presiding over the meeting, state media reported Saturday morning.
