North Korea is no more threatening today than it has been in the past, U.S. President Joe Biden has said. despite Pyongyang’s persistent advancement of its nuclear missile capabilities in recent years.

Biden made the comments in a recent interview with TIME magazine published on Tuesday, as he prepares to face off against former President Donald Trump in the U.S. presidential election in November.
