China forcibly repatriated at least 260 more North Koreans in late April, according to two South Korean human rights groups, the latest in a series of reported forced repatriations since last year that have raised concerns about the punishment that those sent back face in the DPRK.
Approximately 200 North Koreans were forcibly returned to the DPRK from Changbai Korean Autonomous County in China’s Jilin Province on April 26, Jang Se-yul, chief of the North Korean People's Liberation Front, told NK News on Friday.
