The U.N. sanctions committee on North Korea has granted exemptions for two aid agencies to ship tents, thermometers and vaccine storage equipment to the country.
U.N. documents show that the 1718 Committee approved a request from the World Health Organization (WHO) earlier this month to send 62 multipurpose tents and 175 thermometers to North Korea.
