Chinese shipyard hosts cargo vessel linked to North Korea-Russia arms trade

Expert says shipyard likely violated sanctions and could face punitive actions after Russian ship Angara moored there

A Chinese shipyard that hosted a Russian vessel implicated in arms trade with North Korea is likely violating U.N. sanctions, putting it at risk of punitive actions, a sanctions expert told NK News on Friday.
