Russia again uses North Korean missiles to strike Ukrainian city: Police

Specialists say KN-23 missiles were DPRK-made but expert warns against drawing conclusions on their operational effects

Russia appears to be continuing to use North Korean missiles to strike targets in Ukraine, according to a Ukrainian police official on Wednesday, following launches in December and early January. 

Moscow fired five missiles on the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv, according to the city’s Regional Prosecutor’s Office, striking civilian businesses and injuring a 52-year-old woman and two men aged 59 and 64.
