Russian leader Vladimir Putin has gifted a car to his North Korean counterpart Kim Jong Un, according to DPRK state media on Tuesday.
The transaction, prohibited under U.N. sanctions, comes after Kim recently acquired new European luxury cars and as evidence has emerged that Pyongyang and Moscow are operating shipping links to trade large sanctioned items like missiles and launch vehicles.
