Russia dismissed claims that it is using North Korean ballistic missiles against Ukraine as U.S. disinformation on Wednesday, as Washington, Kyiv and others accused Moscow of violating sanctions at a U.N. Security Council meeting.
The meeting followed White House allegations over the past week that Russian forces used North Korean short-range ballistic missiles (SRBMs) to target several Ukrainian cities between Dec. 30 and Jan. 6.
