South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol has said he will emphasize threats posed by North Korea’s “illegal” cooperation with Russia at an upcoming meeting with world leaders in San Francisco, while raising concern that the DPRK’s space program supports its ballistic missile development.
Yoon made the remarks in a written interview with the Associated Press ahead of his trip to attend the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit from Wednesday, according to a transcript of some of his answers provided by his office on Tuesday.
