The top defense officials of South Korea and 17 United Nations Command (UNC) member states held their first-ever meeting in Seoul on Tuesday, presenting a united front against North Korea and pledging to jointly respond to any “armed attack.”
Holding the ROK-UNC Member States Defense Ministerial Meeting was one of President Yoon Suk-yeol’s top security pledges during his election campaign last year.
