North Korea can fire some 16,000 rounds an hour from its multiple rocket launchers at Seoul, South Korea’s unification minister stated on Wednesday during the ministry’s parliamentary audit session.
The statement came in response to lawmakers debating the potential suspension of the 2018 inter-Korean military deal, formally known as the Comprehensive Military Agreement (CMA). This deal established maritime and aerial buffer zones and led to the withdrawal of some guard posts along the land border between the two Koreas.
