Russian foreign minister Sergei Lavrov landed in the North Korean capital on Wednesday evening for high-level talks, according to Moscow, days after bombshell revelations on a clandestine weapons trade operation between the two countries.
Russian media said he is set to meet his DPRK counterpart Choe Son Hui, and is also likely to meet leader Kim Jong Un as he did on his last visit in 2018.
