North Korea has blamed the U.S. for a “grave terrorist attack” on the Cuban Embassy in Washington, accusing the U.S. of giving “tacit” approval through its policy toward Havana.
In a statement released on Sunday, a DPRK foreign ministry spokesperson suggested “anti-Cuban forces” that seek to overthrow the “social system of socialist Cuba” were behind the Sept. 24 attack, in which an individual allegedly threw two Molotov cocktails at the embassy.
