Again and again, North Korea has made clear there is seemingly no limit to the lengths it will go to get what it wants.
Leader Kim Jong Un famously assassinated his half-brother in broad daylight at an airport in Malaysia. He also invited NBA star Dennis Rodman into his inner circle early in his rule. Most notably, North Korea has engaged in all manner of illicit activity to subvert international sanctions and develop nuclear-capable weapons that can strike nearly any location on earth.
