The FBI attributed a $41 million cryptocurrency heist earlier this week to North Korea’s Lazarus Group, the cybercrime syndicate behind a recent wave of multi-million dollar thefts.
The U.S. intelligence agency stated in a press release Wednesday that the group moved funds stolen from online casino and betting platform Stake.com into 33 virtual currency addresses linked to Bitcoin, Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain (BSC) and Polygon networks.
