North Korea wants to “further strengthen” combat cooperation with the Russian army as leader Kim Jong Un continues to tour military facilities in the Far East, state media reported Sunday.
Defense chief Kang Sun Nam delivered the remarks during a luncheon with top Russian military officials a day prior.
