North Korean cybercriminals attacked a supplier to U.S.-ROK joint military drills earlier this year but failed to steal military-related data, South Korean police announced Sunday.
The DPRK’s cybercriminal syndicate Kimsuky orchestrated a malicious email campaign targeting an unspecified South Korean wargame operations company that has worked with the U.S.-ROK combined war simulation center since February, the Gyeonggi Nambu Provincial Police Agency said in a press release.
