North Korean leader Kim Jong Un reviewed a plan to “counterattack and occupy the entire territory” of South Korea during a visit to a military training command center on Tuesday, according to state media.
The Rodong Sinmun said Thursday that Kim also initiated “full-scale command training” for the military during the visit in response to this week’s large-scale joint U.S.-South Korea military drills.
