Visiting the Kumsong Tractor Factory to the west of Pyongyang on Wednesday, Kim expressed satisfaction with recent large-scale renovations at the plant but said he found “irrational problems” when examining production lines more closely, the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported.
