North Korean leader Kim Jong Un convened military officials on Wednesday to discuss “offensive” battle plans and “major military actions” against South Korea, according to state media, while photos of the meeting show him pointing at a map of the South.
In a report on a Central Military Commission (CMC) meeting, the Rodong Sinmun said Kim “issued guidelines for major military actions according to the expanded and changed operational theater and operational plans of the frontline units of the Korean People's Army (KPA).”
