A North Korean student attending a college in the Russia Far East has gone missing this month, according to a Russian nongovernmental organization, in a possible defection attempt following the disappearance of two other DPRK citizens in June.
Twenty-five-year-old Kim Tae Sung disappeared on July 8 in the Russian city of Khabarovsk, according to a poster spread on Russian social media by Liga Spas, an organization that helps locate missing persons.
