South Korea has declared its intention to hand over the body of a man found dead off the west coast to North Korea, calling on Pyongyang to accept the remains found near the inter-Korean border.
Announcing the results of an autopsy, ROK authorities said the man was carrying a DPRK train ticket, the unification ministry’s press office confirmed to NK News. They also concluded that the man did not have drugs on his person, after initially reporting that the man was carrying methamphetamine.
