Seoul is considering whether to file a lawsuit against North Korea for illegally using ROK companies’ assets at the shuttered inter-Korean industrial zone, the unification ministry said Monday.
The statement comes after South Korea’s unification decried the “clear invasion of property rights” at the Kaesong Industrial Complex earlier this month, warning that Seoul will “take necessary measures” if the DPRK doesn’t respond.
