Annual condemnation a ‘hostile’ plot by the West to provoke DPRK and violates sovereignty, Geneva mission says

Pyongyang issued a scathing statement targeting Seoul and the United Nations a day after the Human Rights Council voted to condemn abuses in North Korea for the 21st straight year.

North Korea’s diplomatic mission in Geneva questioned whether the U.N. can justify its existence if it continues to be “subdued by high-handedness and arbitrariness of the U.S. and the Western forces.”
