North Korean leader Kim Jong Un reviewed “frontline attack operation plans” while pointing to areas of South Korea on a map at a high-level military meeting Monday, according to state media.
The Rodong Sinmun reported that top military officials at a Central Military Commission (CMC) meeting the previous day also discussed “expanding more practically and offensively our war deterrent,” appearing to refer to nuclear weapons.
