North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and his young daughter recently inspected dozens of intermediate-range ballistic missiles (IRBMs) at what appears to be a factory near Pyongyang, according to NK News analysis of a new image released in state media Sunday.
The image shows Kim and his daughter walking past at least 26 unassembled Hwasong-12 IRBMs inside a large showroom on an unspecified date. State TV showed the image during its coverage of a six-day party plenum that ended Saturday, underscoring the DPRK leader’s call to “exponentially increase” missile production in the new year.
