South Korea will weigh additional unilateral sanctions against “illicit” North Korean cyber activities if Pyongyang carries out a seventh nuclear test, Seoul said Tuesday.
The measures would target individuals involved in DPRK cyber crime and follow South Korea’s unilateral designation of 15 North Korean individuals and 16 entities last month in response to North Korean missile launches.
