Seoul approves two new deliveries of humanitarian aid to North Korea

South Korea has now greenlit 11 deliveries of food and health assistance this year, though Pyongyang has ignored offers

South Korea has approved two new proposed aid deliveries to North Korea, the unification ministry said Monday, without revealing the nature of the proposed assistance.

The two new approvals bring the total number of aid deliveries to receive the green light from Seoul to 11 for this year. Four of the aid deliveries have been approved under the Yoon Suk-yeol administration.
